Refund policy

The consumer has a period of 15 working days from the date of receipt of his order to return any item that does not suit him and ask for an exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return costs. After this period, your return will be refused. The products must be returned to the company in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc. ...) accompanied by a letter mentioning the reason(s) signed by the buyer. Furthermore, if the clips have been opened, if the kit is unsealed, if the plastic is damaged or if one of the pads is missing, the buyer will not be entitled to an exchange or a refund. Concerning pre-orders, the customer also has 15 days to cancel his order, no cancellation can be made after this period.
